Although steam showed the frame rate was 30+, movement felt like you're on ice. I had graphics set to best performance.

I had graphics at Best Quality with motion blur off and FPS was between 38 and 48.
Moving the mouse pointer was screwed up for me. I was unable to use the mouse but my controller worked perfectly.
