Seek in the darkness
The darkness has hidden the "keys" and "doors" from you—find at least a match and seize a piece of fire’s essence to make out the path.

Look around
The house is falling apart, but find the silver lining—find a way to turn the collapsing floor, falling beams, and fragile walls to your advantage. Discover useful items in the dark basement or shorten your path. Break what’s still standing if it helps you!

Beware of the guests
There are guests in the house—they have come for you and are wandering around the house.
Use their weaknesses in the chase, distract them and hide, or face the creatures in a fight!

Watch yourself
Your stamina will run out, you will be overcome by pain, weakness and injuries—this will simplify the hunt for the guests and reduce your chances of making it in time.

Know Your House
The house reconfigures every time — forget the past, explore the present.
Escape the inevitable
...just do it.
