Cauldron Tale

Cauldron Tale is a story-driven farming sim where you play as a witch/warlock who has moved to Charmroot after mysteriously losing your magic. Build your farm, brew potions, solve the mystery, and explore the world and characters of Charmroot, all at your own pace!

The unthinkable has happened… You've lost your magic!

In a land of witches and other fantasy folk, this is not good. You pack your bags and move for a fresh start to Charmroot, a village at the base of a mystical lake. In exchange for your help brewing potions, you're gifted a homestead and a wise-cracking cauldron named Rusty.

Enjoy the cozy farm life

• Grow and forage a variety of seasonal crops, including fantasy variants
• Raise and encounter regular and magical animals and pets
• Participate in fun, unique seasonal festivals and mini-games like broom racing

Hone your (witch)craft

• Brew potions, cook, and craft - all with the help of your cauldron sidekick, Rusty!
• Find, craft and master grimoires, crystals, and other enchanted items to gain skills & buffs
• Regain your lost magic to help you get around town and enhance your homestead & skills

Explore Charmroot

• Follow the main quest line by uncovering and deciphering clues and age-old lore
• Unlock new areas as you investigate the cause of your lost magic

Get to know the townsfolk

• Meet fun witchy and fantasy characters, each with their own unique personalities
• Complete character side quests to learn more about their back stories and dreams
• ... and perhaps even find love with one of several marriage candidates!
