About Dead Abyss
Story
On September 12th, 1977, the South Atlantic Shipping Company vessel SASC Abyss inexplicably lost communication and beached herself on a small desolate island south of Mwali. Years later Sadiiq Waaberi boards the dilapidated vessel in search of valuable artifacts and salvage, but dreams of fortune quickly become nightmares as the mystery behind the shipwreck begins to unfold.
Gameplay
Something lurks the desolate halls of the Abyss, and your only hope for survival is to avoid it by any means necessary. Hide in lockers and under desks, manage your breathing, and when all else fails... run.
Setting
Set in modern day, explore the 70s era wreckage of the ultra-large container vessel, rusted from years of exposure to the elements, and in complete disarray from the land collision she suffered years ago. You'll explore the deck, engine room, living quarters, and hospital ward as you learn more about her dark history.
Prologue
The story of Dead Abyss will be told episodically. This prologue chapter introduces players to the mystery of the Abyss' disappearance and provides a taste of what's to come.
