Emberfall

Emberfall is the first Roguevania-Survivor: an action-platformer blending roguelite, Metroidvania, and survivor elements.

Navigate the treacherous catacombs of the fallen citadel 'Lemia,' brimming with danger and mystery, and escape within 10 minutes—or face eternal doom.

Emberfall puts you in control of Kali, who defeated the God of Greed and the Goddess of Light. Now, the gods have failed, and the citadel will collapse.

Tough and fast, with snappy controls and endless challenges.

Enjoy an idling-combat system and focus on finding your way out while dodging enemies and sharpening your skills.

You must unlock certain skills to progress. Like a Metroidvania but without complexe progression and worldmap. Just enjoy short runs: Play, Die, Learn, Repeat.

The game offers a simple Roguelite system.

Purchase upgrades across your runs to become more powerful for the next runs.

Starting Tips from the dev:

• Experience points are collected automatically, so don’t be afraid to run away from monsters.
• Watch your attack gauge and aim for packs of monsters; your attacks are all area-effective.
• At the beginning, increase your attack speed or unlock new offensive spells rather than focusing on damage.
• Spending your money in the shop will help with early game in future runs.
