You entered a train station and appear to be stuck in a loop. You need to be confident there is or is not an anomaly when making your choice. To unlock the next map, you need to beat the target timer for the previous map. Multiple levels to test your observation skill. See if you have what it takes to escape the loop!
This is a memory based game. Learn the map layout before worrying about the timer to unlock the next map.
