The World of Godless Avalon
As a boy, Blitz dreamed of a future where railroads connected his frontier town to the heart of the world: Rome.
Then Xaug crash-landed from outer space.
The alien introduced new technologies to the empire: tech that the senate used to isolate their Capital from the rest of the world. Railroads were unfinished, and the wild west was abandoned.
Yuram Owl is a highborn socialite who has seen this transformation in her city. Newly promoted to a command position in the Ick Corp, she has big plans to take the company in a new direction.
And her plans are a direct a threat to Xaug's long-term schemes.
