About Iskabon
The Y2K fever is running high as you near the end of 1999. While sitting at your computer on a rainy Friday night, you are unexpectedly led to play the game of Iskabon.
Iskabon is a short and snappy roguelike deckbuilder where each round lasts only a few minutes. As you progress, you build up your deck with quirky and often unexpected cards. Some cards affect other cards, some let you score higher, and some may even break the game. But...Be careful of the one card: The Iskabon!
Every round starts with a fixed number of Iskabons. Guess when they will appear and skip them. Or you will lose all the cards in your hand.
Alongside your deck, you'll also manage a Punch-Card. In each round, you draw cards randomly from your deck and apply values from the Punch-Card. Score high and you can permanently upgrade your punch card, letting you score even higher!
Each round ends with you playing the cards in your hand. Your goal is to play a hand that scores enough points to advance to the next round. And here is your chance to strategize - cards in your hand get played from left to right, as earlier cards affect later ones. Be sure to reorder your hand using the intuitive drag-and-drop interface to maximize impact and score big.
