• You can easily defeat your opponents with customized characters.
• You can either pay less rent to get ahead, or you can throw your opponents in jail and sabotage them to reach the peak of fun.

• You can annoy your opponents by being a character that goes against the rules of the game. When you select an opponent during the game, you steal their village and character.

• In the Mushiverse universe, each village has its own unique features.
• By choosing a village, you select your teammates and determine your strategy.

Earthquake Mechanics

• A randomly selected city is declared as the earthquake city.
• The rent multiplier of the earthquake city increases!
• Attention! You might want to invest in this city, but an earthquake could happen at any moment!

Lover Cities

• Two randomly selected cities fall in love with each other.
• Any action you take in one love-struck city will automatically be reflected in the other!

Farm System

• If you have at least one house on every property you purchase, you will start earning passive income from that property.
