Your move in a small board decides which small board your opponent must play in next.

Win a small board by getting 3 in a row to claim that board.

Win the game by claiming 3 boards in a row.
While you play you gain abilities in the form of cards. You can only use one card on each turn and you lose the card on use. Some abilities are:

Block a board for 2 turns

Lose your turn but play a second time when you want
