"Once Upon a Rogue's Tale” combines strategic roguelike deckbuilding with the luck of the dice. Roll the dice and trade them in battle to play your cards. Dice also allow you to unleash powerful character abilities to your advantage.

Out of combat, you'll encounter events that will confront you with tough decisions. The choices you make will affect how the story unfolds, which will be written down in your personal storybook.

Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk and The Frog Prince find themselves in an adventurous tangle of fairytales. Choose one of the classic characters, make your own decisions and influence the course of the story. Team up with strong allies and collect magical items to help you on your way through the colorful fairytale world.

Strategical deepness through positioning

Positioning is especially important in battles with multiple opponents and adds strategic depth to the game. Use certain abilities to influence the position of your characters and apply special effects to your opponents to be able to attack them from anywhere.

Battle between good and evil

Each character has their own motivations that have led them to the good or evil side. But ultimately, the decision is yours: will former villains become new friends or will you turn the entire fairytale world against you? Your actions determine the fate of the fairytale characters and blur the lines between friend and foe.
