You play as Zuka, the young and chaotic new boss of a fallen otter clan. With your family scattered and your turf overtaken by the unhinged Cobra Corp., it's time to reclaim your name, rebuild your empire, and teach the city who really owns the river.

From crate-smuggling street puzzles to rooftop onsen strategy, every mission challenges your crew’s skills, loyalty, and timing. Switch between three playable otters with unique personalities, build your hideout, and make choices that ripple across the underworld.
