Sayaka Minazuki is the ace of Hinohara University's volleyball team. She's very athletic and near the top of her class, with beauty that makes other girls deeply envious. To most, she seems like the picture-perfect young woman, the university star with brains and looks in spades.

However, due to some deep-rooted trauma from her past, she's been dealing with a terrible affliction all along. Once her symptoms take over, she's completely unable to control herself. Feeling overwhelmed and anxious about her situation, she consults with the university's nurse, Chie Hirose, about her worries...
