Small Town Emo is a romantic GAMEBOY walking simulator with a healthy dollop of mid-2000's awkwardness! Take control of main character Ken, and guide him through a series of small town New Zealand locations rendered in pixelated GameBoy-style graphics.
Talk to characters, solve simple puzzles, make (occasional) dialogue choices, and explore! Navigate through the complexities of a teenage crush, and let the story of this small town emo kid unfold around you.

Small Town Emo follows the story of Ken, a seventeen year old emo with an awkward crush on his goofy best friend; Fergus. In the lead up to a costume party, Ken and Fergus spend the day loitering around their small New Zealand town. Can Ken find the courage to confess his feelings, or is he doomed to have depressing song lyrics as his Messenger status for the rest of eternity?
