About Snapshot Aquarium
Hello and Welcome!
Snapshot Aquarium is an aquarium simulator / shooter hybrid where you unlock new content by shooting pictures of fish.
Features implemented so far:
Arcade-style photo challenges
- easy: non-frustrating, with auto-aim, focus is not needed
- regular: with auto-aiming
- hardcore: manual aiming, manual focus
Aquarium Editing
- design beautiful habitats for your fish, as seen in the gameplay video
- more than 300 items are included already, more will be added after release
Online Community Challenges
- Visit and accomplish challenges in other player's aquariums
- Share your own aquariums and get visitors from all over the world!
Basic Fish AI
- Schooling, fleeing, feeding, growing in near-realtime
- Aggressive fish chase others
Features we hope to add:
- Realistic fish needs and happiness (certain plants, school size, ...)
- More creative options (aquascaping)
- Community photo quests (find the fish!)
- Realistic fish AI and animation
- More content
- ... ? (Suggestions are welcome! We love working on this and don't plan to stop anytime soon)
