"Swords and Hexes" is a top-down strategy-RPG adventure, with a wacky twist on old-school fantasy. Before you stands an unlikely hero's journey, you, a humble servant to the not-so-humble Prince Charles, will find yourself in quite a pickle while running errands for him, for he is the chosen one who will crush the dark forces that loom. For there is a legendary prophecy that states, "One who can assemble all the scattered pieces of the Hex of Power will be blessed with god-like powers. I can think of no other, more capable, than our beloved Prince Charles of Hexagonia, for only . . . start with pre-heating your cauldron to a seven log strong scorching fire, toss in all of the ingredients, then stir violently until everything is burnt to a crisp. (If all fails, order gnome-dash) . . . and only then will the balance be restored."
