The Father's Story

Set in the first century, The Father's Story is a visual novel which offers a different perspective of the Christmas Story and the events surrounding that night.

The stories told in the bible gospels are somewhat brief and do not go into a lot of detail. This is where The Father's Story comes in and looks at the potential tales that could be had with just regular people living it. From the daughter of a local baker to the Roman centurion handling the garrison. To the leader of the shepherds who walks the grey line, to an orphan who survives off thievery. Were Mary and Joseph really alone during the birth? This story even asks the questions as to what were all the angels doing before the night came?

If you can think of other possibilities while you read this, this story is for you!

Our desire is to see this title released within a year. Characters will have similar animations which we have done in our Dust and Air title and since we are using a new game engine, there will also be new effects that we couldn't use before.

As with Dust and Air, we're planning on releasing for both PC and Mac, as well as mobile devices after the Steam release.
