After first install and launch the game did an update which seemed to hang so I closed it, but closing it leaves some EA processes leftover so it doesn't work when you try to re-launch it. You have to kill those processes (they start with EA and are .exe files). Probably closing and re-open CrossOver does that for you. After that it played fine other than a bit glitchy when panning the camera around.

On first launch it installed the EA app. After the EA app installed and I logged into it I had to close it, Steam, and restart CrossOver because the game wouldn't display after trying to launch it (it was running in the background). I had no problems after that.
