• Each hex holds 1 land, 1 naval, and 1 air counter

  Land counters can hold up to 6 units

  Air counters can hold up to 4 units

  Naval counters at sea can hold up to 6 units, unlimited in port

• Single capital ships researched with historical data

  3 levels of research for each type of new ship

• Research new units, improvements in combat, and intelligence with 23 research slots

• Colorful silhouettes for infantry, tanks, and ships unique for each nation
