Earn the trust of The Federation by sending ships that have cleared credentials, exposing counterfeit credentials, and reporting wanted individuals to the Federation Police. Send too many uncleared ships and you'll lose the trust of The Federation, and your access to the core systems, leaving you with a warp gate and nowhere to send ships!
