About Zoo Chess

ZooChess is a turn-based strategy game where each piece on the board, in addition to the classic chess moves, has its own unique abilities.

To win, the player must capture the opposing player's king.

Game Modes:

Player vs A.I.
Player vs Player

GamePlay:

Two players face off in PvP or PvE matches on a board inspired by the rules of chess.

The blue player is always the first to play and can choose to use one of his piece's abilities or do his normal movement, after making his decision the red player has the option to counterattack.

Parts Abilities:

  • Lion - Can attack again whenever he defeats an enemy piece.
  • Lioness - Can incorporate the movement of all pieces on the board for 1 turn.
  • Praying Mantis - Can permanently silence enemy pieces' abilities.
  • Donkey - can kick a piece on its back, stunning it for 3 turns.
  • Giraffe - Can run over allied pieces.
  • Fox - Can move back one square.
  • Rabbit - Can move 1 additional square to the frontline.
  • Turtle - Can hide in its shell making it invulnerable to any damage for 3 turns.
  • Chicken - Can lay an egg on the board that will hatch into a new piece as soon as it leaves the nest.
  • Toad - Will poison the attacker.
  • Crab - Can move sideways.
  • Pig - If you are on the field your player has 10 seconds more time to play per turn.
  • Wolf - Can attack pieces in front of you.
